You know that the metaverse is growing when other countries want to establish diplomatic relations with you.
Sweden will become the first country to build an embassy in virtual space. I could not find it, although there is an island called Second Sweden. I did however find this cool shop flying a Swedish flag.

I almost never check site statistics and I do not bother with site counters either (I think they look tacky), but recently I have been noticing a bandwidth problem on my site and so I checked and the Dating Simulator is bringing in a lot of visits. 125,000 last week alone. Well over 1 million hits since I moved it to Go Daddy. It used to be on a free account with my ISP, but it got too big.
I never advertise the thing, I just enjoy creating it as an occasional hobby. Every 6 months or so I start tinkering with it, most recently this month.

This is huge news as it means there will be many independent working to make improvements on their interface. My wishlist would be the ability to pan camera using the middle mouse button, like every other 3D program I use, plus real keyboard mapping.
